Project Manager/Architect

Robert Bell is a registered architect with experience in all phases of architectural service, concentrating in code research, design development, construction documents, and project management. Robert’s portfolio includes work in a wide variety of project types including tenant improvement, retail, light industrial, interiors (residential and commercial), and recreational facilities. His residential experience includes multifamily, low-income, and custom residential up to construction costs over $1 million and has been featured in Hawaii Remodeling magazine. Also, he has experience in report writing for pre-planning studies, facility inspection, and ADA compliance.

Interested in community-based initiatives, Robert has coordinated, facilitated and participated in community based planning efforts in Hawaii, Virginia and Ohio, working with community members, government agencies, and professionals to facilitate changes in communities. Results of these efforts have been published and put into practice, including successful Miami University’s Department of Architecture and Interior Design.
