LORI L. GORDON, ASLA
Project Manager/Landscape Architect
Lori is a Senior Designer/Project Manager with Beckwith Chapman Associates.
Lori has designed and managed an assortment of projects both in the private and
public sectors. In addition to developing project master plans, her experience
includes developing concepts from schematic design through construction
document preparation and construction observation. Her recent experience
includes site planning for West Mound Elementary School, in Columbus, landscape
master plans for St. Alexius Medical Center and Behavioral Health Hospital, in
Chicago and several campus improvement projects for Miami University, in
Oxford, Ohio.
Prior to joining Beckwith Chapman Associates, Lori worked for firms in
Pittsburgh specializing in park design, continuing care retirement communities,
botanic garden and high-end residential estates. While in Pittsburgh, a park
master plan Lori generated was selected as a finalist for the Pennsylvania
Environmental Council Awards.
Lori is interested in promoting the profession of Landscape Architecture and is
active member in the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), Ohio
Chapter. Presently she sits on the State Executive Committee and is
President-Elect for the Miami Section. Lori received her Bachelors of Landscape
Architecture from Purdue University and is a registered Landscape Architect in
Pennsylvania and holds CLARB certification.
